Looking to take the next step in your healthcare professional carer ?  We are looking to recruit a Senior Team Leader to work in the South West who is comfortable overseeing staff as well as taking responsibility for delivering outstanding care to our clients in the South West.  Exciting opportunity for a hardworking, collaborative Healthcare Professional who wants to make a difference.  NVQ 2 needed.

Job Type: Full time, 39 hours per week

Salary: £10.39 per hour / £21,128 per annum

As a Team Leader with us you will motivate and supervise your team, ensuring the delivery of care, personal support, daily living tasks and activities to our customers. You will provide support to attain full potential, maximising options available, encouraging choice, participation and motivation.

You will:

- Have a level of professional development and registration NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care.

- Be experienced in working within a relevant care setting.

- Have experience in supervising a team.

- Be able to work flexibly within rostered hours and prepared to participate in an on-call rota as required.

- Have excellent interpersonal skills.

- Have a full, clean driving licence to travel and cover work allocated on the rota (Support at Home roles only).
